These terms and conditions are the terms and conditions upon which Woodhouse Florist make this website available to you and any of our services which are accessible on or via the site.

 

  • All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
  • In the event that we are unable to supply your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 14 days after the intended delivery date.
  • Prices listed are valid for a maximum of 14 days of submitting your purchase form.
  • Prices include VAT for deliveries within the UK.
  • The prices stated exclude delivery.

  • Standard Delivery is next day, and a charge of £5.99 will be charged.
  • Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays.
